Essential Functions
Maintain the sale compensation system in regards to updating all employee changes, product changes and Plan components.
Assist with the monthly/quarterly incentive compensation cycle including data validation and helping to ensure the calculations are accurate per the authorized plan documents.
Manage multiple Incentive Plans and processes for different countries, working independently or with guidance on complex matters.
Be a key user for the compensation system, implementing changes, reporting bugs and helping with new capabilites testing and deployment.
Assist with kpis automatization by understand rules and databases and its implication in internal systems data consumption.
Provides data and recommendations to support decisions regarding plan status, performance, and plan management
Maintain data integrity from multiple sources (billing systems, P&L, manager entered data, etc.)
Ensures a high level of customer service, including timely and effective communication, education of multiple stakeholder groups, and support of inquiries.
Design standard and ad hoc reporting and presentations for multiple audiences
Develop a strong relationship and cooperation with local and global sales incentive teams to ensure the success of SIP management throughout the season.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Skilled in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
Advanced english is mandatory. Good spanish and portuguese is desirable.
