• English Advanced.
• 9+ years of IT experience to drive the Sr. Architecture, Capacity Planning, Technical Requirements, Design phase and Implementation phase.
• At least 5 years hands-on experience with CA Identity Manager.
• Support the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of privileged account security solutions.
• Must have a strong understanding of Identity provisioning, de-provisioning and associated workflow processes.
• Solid understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign on (SSO), and security concepts.
• Good and Working knowledge of CA API mainly on workflows and provisioning.
• Knowledge of CA Directory and Database schema (SQL Experience for custom tasks).
• Experience working on CA IDM components (Policy Xpress, Bulk Loader, TEWS, BLTH, LAH etc.).
• Must have experience with commonly used connectors (Active Directory, Mainframe, Exchange, O365, Flat file, etc.).
• Deployment experience with dynamic connectors using connector express.
• Understanding of multiple levels of approvals for the manager as well as group approvals.
• Hands-on Java knowledge.
• Good communication skills, Work experience with global clients, Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision.
