ITIL Certification or demonstrated thorough understanding of ITIL.
Need to have at least one formal industry qualification or relevant proven experiences in the area of specialty.
Experience working in a team delivering IT operations/services.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational skills and ability to work well with people from different backgrounds in a global organization.
Demonstrates ability to learn new technical skills quickly, and to apply this learning.
Ability to work hands on in technology.
Preferable experience in ITSM(ServiceNow)
