Opentext Specialist - Home Office

Overview: We are seeking an experienced OpenText Content Server Specialist to manage, configure, and optimize our enterprise content management platform. This role involves ensuring system stability, implementing best practices, and supporting business users with advanced technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain OpenText Content Server environments, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Develop and configure workflows, metadata models, and security permissions.
• Integrate Content Server with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Technical Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in OpenText Content Server (OTCS) administration and configuration.
• Proven experience in Infoarchive
• Strong knowledge of Content Server architecture, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM, Brava, and Archive Center.
• Proficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript,SAP, PowerShell, Terraform and AWS Containers).
• Familiarity with document lifecycle management, metadata design, and security models.

Proven Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years working with OpenText Content Server in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with system upgrades, migration projects, and performance optimization.
• Track record of delivering custom configurations and workflow automation.
