<p><strong>Senior Product Designer</strong></p>

<p>We are Looking for senior-level product designer to work across our suite of business-critical applications, helping set a new elevated standard for user experience and visual design. This role will work closely with various teams across business units in the end-to-end product process, designing the UX and UI of the products themselves while parallel pathing the evolution of a design system that will create consistency and brand equity across the suite, as well as downstream product design efficiencies. The successful candidate will have a proven background in systems-based product thinking and design, and will have worked within the product agency, technology, data, or media industries.</p>

<p><strong>Conhecimentos Técnicos Requeridos</strong></p>

<p><strong>Skills needed:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Proficiency in software and tools including Figma, Adobe CC, Google Workspace, Airtable, prototyping tools, Jira, and others.</li>

<li>A deep understanding of how a design language applies across mediums and devices to ensure brand, visual, and interaction cohesion across products, experiences, and marketing materials.</li>

<li>An innate curiosity and enthusiasm to learn, keeping abreast of industry trends and discipline innovation.</li>

<li>Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li>An ability to work quickly and efficiently when ideating, actioning feedback, and producing final deliverables.</li>

<li>Keen attention to detail and pursuit of aesthetic excellence.</li>

<li>Strategic systems-thinking with the ability to go beyond the pixels and design.</li>

<li>Strong communication skills when collaborating with partners and stakeholders.</li>

<li>Proven ability to work proactively and autonomously.</li>

<li>Able to work on multiple design projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and managing time effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes.</li>

<li>Able to continuously learn about technology that underpins our business-critical products.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, and/or AI-focused products.</li>

<li>Familiarity with Salesforce’s Lightning Design System.</li>

<li>Brand and visual design capabilities beyond product.</li>

<li>Animation and video editing skills.</li>

<li>Light UX or copywriting skills that can enhance designs.</li>

<p><strong>Conhecimentos Técnicos Desejáveis</strong></p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Translate business goals and user needs into strategic product opportunities, and incorporate stakeholder and user feedback.</li>

<li>Interpret and distill complex strategies and requirements, and visually depict the ideal user experience through information architecture, diagrammatic flows, and varying fidelities of wireframes.</li>

<li>Express behaviors, interactions, movements, and materials through interactive, high-fidelity prototypes of key concepts using Figma and other prototyping platforms of choice.</li>

<li>Facilitate design working sessions to explore concept innovation and drive original thinking.</li>

<li>Create, grow, and maintain scalable libraries of components, modules, wireframes, templates, and prototypes that can be deployed across the multi-device product suite.</li>
