System Engineer - Home Office

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

🔹 Fluent English, both written and spoken, with strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills

🔹 Direct hands-on experience administering Perforce Helix Core

🔹 Strong experience with GitHub Enterprise administration

🔹 Experience managing user access, depots, groups, branches, and permissions

🔹 Proven experience managing user accounts and access controls in enterprise environments

🔹 Hands-on knowledge of IAM and developer onboarding processes

🔹 Experience automating administrative workflows using Python, Bash, or Go

🔹 Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reliable scripts

🔹 Experience integrating and automating processes through REST APIs

🔹 Knowledge or hands-on experience with GitHub REST API

🔹 Strong troubleshooting skills related to access, permissions, and developer environments

🔹 Ability to work independently with strong technical ownership

🔹 Strong communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders

🔹 Experience documenting ticket updates clearly and professionally

🎓 Nice to Have:

🔹 Experience configuring and managing SSH and GPG keys

🔹 Experience supporting distributed developer environments

🔹 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

🔹 Experience with Release Engineering workflows

🔹 Exposure to infrastructure monitoring tools

🔹 Experience identifying and escalating high-risk system-wide infrastructure anomalies

🔹 Track record of creating, updating, or refactoring technical documentation and operational runbooks
