<p><strong>Conhecimento Técnico Requerido:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Skills needed:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP CO solutions, specifically in <strong>Product Costing (PC)</strong> and <strong>Material Ledger (ML).</strong></li>
<li>Design and configure SAP CO-PC/ML modules to support costing requirements including <strong>standard costing, actual costing, variance analysis, and settlements.</strong></li>
<li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system solutions.</li>
<li>Provide expert support for <strong>month-end closing activities</strong>, cost object controlling, and inventory valuation processes.</li>
<li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, SD) to ensure integration and alignment of costing flows.</li>
<li>Participate in S/4HANA transformation initiatives and optimize use of <strong>Material Ledger in actual costing scenarios.</strong></li>
<li>Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for key users and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support testing activities including integration testing, UAT, and cutover planning.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working in multinational or large-scale SAP implementation/rollout projects.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to CO-PC and ML.</li>
<li>Certification in SAP CO or S/4HANA Finance is advantageous.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Conhecimento Técnico Desejável:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of <strong>7 years of hands-on experience with SAP CO</strong>, including <strong>strong Product Costing and Material Ledger expertise.</strong></li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.</li>
<li>Proven experience with <strong>Material Ledger activation</strong>, actual costing runs, and cost component split analysis.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing costing, overhead structures, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SAP FI, MM, and PP integration points.</li>
<li>Experience in S/4HANA environment is a strong plus.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. ;</li>
