What skills do you need to have:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as an Oracle Retail Developer, with hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Retail applications.

Proficiency in programming languages such as PL/SQL, Java, and SQL.

Strong understanding of Oracle Retail modules (e.g., RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM) and integration techniques.

Familiarity with Oracle databases and performance optimization techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Oracle Retail certifications are a plus.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

Collaborate with business analysts, functional users, and technical teams to understand requirements and design effective solutions within the Oracle Retail suite.

Develop, test, and maintain Oracle Retail applications and customizations to meet business needs, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Customize and configure Oracle Retail Merchandising module (MOM).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with the IT team and vendors as needed.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.

Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Stay up-to-date with Oracle Retail product releases and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Provide support and guidance to junior developers as needed.
