**Candidatar-se pelo link: https://www.linkedin.We are looking for a Legal Counsel to lead legal advisory for a cryptoasset operation, with a strong focus on financial and regulatory matters. This is a strategic position with direct exposure to leadership.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on cryptoasset operations, products and services
Monitor and interpret the regulatory framework for virtual assets (Law 14.478/2022, BACEN, CVM, COAF) and assess its impact on the business
Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and policies
Support regulatory filings and the relationship with regulators and authorities
Identify and mitigate legal risks across the operation
Advise on compliance, data protection (LGPD) and corporate matters
Support the launch of new products from a legal standpointcom/jobs/view/4413349441/

Bachelor's degree in Law and active OAB registration
Solid experience as a lawyer in financial regulation, ideally at financial institutions, payment institutions, fintechs or cryptoasset companies
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework for virtual assets and financial services
Experience drafting and negotiating contracts
Fluent English is mandatory. The entire selection process is conducted in English
Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
Preferred
Previous experience at exchanges or cryptoasset companies
Postgraduate studies in financial, regulatory or digital law
Solid experience as a lawyer in financial regulation, ideally at financial institutions, payment institutions, fintechs or cryptoasset companies
In-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework for virtual assets and financial services
Experience drafting and negotiating contracts

Compensation and benefits
Monthly salary: R$ 36.000 to R$ 60.000 (CLT), based on experience and seniority (approximately US$ 7.020 to US$ 11.880 at current exchange rates)
